When coming from Yekatit, if the Egyptian Embassy is to your left, take the first possible left and follow that road. Straight ahead there is some teaching institution, continue straight ahead until the road turns a sharp right and continue down that road for about 100m. Don't give up too early! I didn't find it the first time and when I went back I realized I only had had to walk another few meters....
